High Humidity in Cinema

We received a call from the owner of this Cinema. They were having issues with high humidity possibly caused by the HVAC system. The owner called out repair technicians for the HVAC and Called SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek to come and Dry out the theater. Once out SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek technicians arrived at the Cinema, they were able to get the humidity back down to a acceptable levels. After our equipment was removed, the humidity spiked again leading the customer to believe that additional work was required on the HVAC units in order to mitigate any secondary damages that might occur to the property and its contents. Once additional repairs have been performed, we will continue with the drying process and restoration.
